This course helps executive leaders prioritize growing and scaling their people while they grow and scale the business. Training results in leadership skills that meet, manage, and grow a wide range of personalities – including the difficult ones – creating a thriving company culture. This course is weighted in ethical leadership training and helps leaders connect their behavior to an internal moral compass so they act responsibly, treat people respectfully, and do not abuse their positions of power.

This course is offered to every personality type, label, or enneagram: from the strong “A-type” personalities who receive feedback that they are “arrogant”, “aggressive”, or “too polished” to those who chronically struggle with self-confidence and are shunted into weaker labels like “soft spoken”, “hesitant”, or “passive”. This course teaches leaders to leverage their strengths and skill up on weaker areas enabling continued growth within a stationary title.

This demographic specific leadership course is specifically designed to help women increase executive presence and manage gender inequity and bias in the workplace. The course is designed for women who are called “aggressive” and women who are called “meek” and every other label in between. It teaches strong personalities, listening and negotiation skills, and self-nomination skills to women struggling with uncertainty to speak up and express their ideas. This course increases confidence and gravitas and helps women manage power dynamics in a direct but diplomatic way. It teaches women to lead and behave courageously.
Quiet leadership
DURATION: 10 PRIVATE SESSIONS; 50 MINUTES EACH, CONDUCTED WEEKLY.
FACULTY: HEATHER NEEDHAM
This demographic specific leadership course supports people who have a quieter style of leadership who do not embody the traditional extroverted model. It helps people with more reserved dispositions lead without compromising integrity. It is designed to help people with a “listen first” style of communication address the nuances of interjecting and expressing their thoughts and ideas succinctly. It increases assertiveness skills as needed such as asking, delegating, and instructing. It helps people who need a bit more time to think through their responses or have difficulty speaking extemporaneously or “off the cuff” speak more fluidly when unprepared. It offers strategies to manage nervousness, social anxiety, and be more succinct and crisp under pressure. It offers strategies for navigating competitive or aggressive personalities and provides self-nomination tools that boost credibility and read confidently.

DURATION: 8 PRIVATE SESSIONS; 50 MINUTES EACH, CONDUCTED WEEKLY.
FACULTY: AMY DABALOS
This course is designed for solo contributors seeking promotion or solo contributors recently promoted to a management position. It develops executive presence and increases the perception that you are a trusted leader, not just a subject expert. Completion of the course will make you a better presenter, help you run a productive and successful meeting, manage conflict with diplomacy, maintain calm and focus under pressure, give and receive feedback, and align stakeholders on a course of action.
