Learn about yourself as you learn to teach others.  Our 2-4 month Interpersonal Skills Teacher Training Course is a hands-on immersion program that blends self-practice with teacher training and pedagogical practice.  Training is taught in a small group format and includes lectures, assigned reading, and individual and group practice. The teacher training covers all five soft skill core fundamentals including:

• Body Language - Posture, Stance, & Carriage

• Voice – Modulation, Intonation, Audibility, & Tone

• Speech – Articulation, Pacing, & Pause

• Messaging – Succinct Messaging, Storytelling, & Narrative Skills

• Listening – Listening, Consideration, & Empathy Skills

We’ll ensure that you are equipped to lead and inspire students at all levels. The program empowers teachers and students to broaden their scope of impact by teaching self-awareness skills, situational awareness skills, and leadership skills.
